Two of my (male) coworkers actually had this conversation:

K: "Ya know what I want for my seventy-fifth birthday?" (He's in his late thirties.)

M: "What?"

K: "I want to give a blowjob."

M (stunned): "What??"

K: "Yep. And if I like it, I'm going to be really pissed."
